Preparation and physicochemical properties of lead-potassium thioglycolate

A new type of water-soluble lead complex was prepared by using lead nitrate solution and thioglycolic acid solution as raw materials under alkaline conditions, the physical and chemical properties were studied by thermogravimetric analyzer and electrochemical tester. The results show that the molecular formula of the product is Pb(SCH_2COOK)2, which is difficult to dissolve in organic solvent and acid, and is soluble in water and alkaline solution, in the structure of the complex, the central metal lead and thiol are coordinated and bonded with strong coordination bonds. The characteristic absorption wavelength of the product after coordination is at 276 nm. The differential thermal curve and cyclic voltammetry curve reflect that the solid material is stable at room temperature, the thermal decomposition temperature is about 170 ℃, and the complex solution has good redox stability at low concentration and room temperature. A lead complex with stable physical and chemical properties was obtained, which is expected to provide a strong theoretical basis for the Study of elution and remediation of lead and other heavy metal contaminated soils.

Irreversible biamperometric determination of vitamin E at thioglycolic acid self-assembled gold electrode

A mercaptoacetic acid self-assembled monolayer modified electrode (MA/SAMs-Au/CME) was prepared on the bare gold electrode, and the surface structure of the electrode was characterized electrochemically. The results show that the modified electrode has obvious sensitizing effect on the electrochemical oxidation of vitamin E(VE). In this paper, the oxidation of VE on MA/SAMs-Au/CME and the reduction of potassium permanganate (KMnO4) on bare gold electrode were used to construct a dual amperometric detection system, A method for direct determination of VE by flow injection under 0V applied voltage was successfully established. Linear relationship between the oxidation peak current and the concentration of VE was in the range of 8.0 × 10 ^-6~8.0 × 10 ^-5mol/L (r = 0.9956,n = 6), the regression equation is,(nA)= 9.87 × 10 ^ 7c +10, linear relationship was obtained in the range of 1 × 10 ^-4~1 × 10 ^-3mol/L (r = 0.9970,n = 6). = 1.6 × 10 ^ 7c +10 ^ 4, the detection limit is 4.0 × 10 ^-7mol/L. VE solution of 1.00 × 10 ^-4mol/L was continuously measured for 20 times. The current value RSD was 2.28%, and the sampling frequency was 40 samples per hour. The results of the determination of VE in vitamin E tablets are satisfactory.
