Introduction

The products have been widely used as cement water reducing agent, pesticide suspending agent, ceramic body reinforcing agent, coal water slurry dispersant, leather tanning agent, refractory binder, carbon black granulation agent, etc.

Preparation

calcium lignosulfonate can be used as water-reducing agent for concrete, which has adsorption and dispersion effect on cement and can improve various physical properties of concrete.
After addition to the concrete, the hydrophobic group is adsorbed on the surface of the cement particles, so that the cement is negatively charged. The cement particles with the same charge are mutually repulsive and dispersed under the action of charge repulsion, the flocculent structure formed by the cement at the initial stage of adding water becomes a dispersed structure, and the free water in the flocculent coagulation body is released, so as to achieve the purpose of water reducing agent. The main characteristics are as follows:
