2.1. MELT PROCESSING

2.3. BITUMEN MODIFICATION

Products Used: D1101E, D1184K, D1116K, D1191E

Process:

  1. Heat bitumen to 160-180°C

  2. Add polymer with high-speed mixer

  3. Mix for 1-4 hours for swelling and dispersion

  4. (Optional) Add sulfur or other crosslinking agents
