alpha-Lipoic Acid is a metabolic antioxidant that regulates NFkappaB signal transduction and can protect against oxidative injury. The exogenous compound is reduced intracellularly by enzymes. Its reduced form is involved in radical scavenging, recycling of other antioxidants, accelerating GSH synthesis, and regulating transcription factor activity, specifically NFkappaB. It also acts as a conenzyme that is required for the activity of pyruvate dehydrogenase and glycine decarboxylase, among other enzyme complexes. Studies show that it can prevent a decrease in the renal antioxidant defense system and prevent the increase of lipid peroxidation, platinum content and plasma creatinine concentrations. In other studies, lipoic acid decreased the phagocytosis of myelin by macrophages, acting as a non-specific scavenger of reactive oxygen species (ROS).
Alfa lipoik asit/α-Lipoik Asit CAS:1077-28-7 Introduction:
lfa lipoic acid is a coenzyme similar to vitamins found in mitochondria and eliminates free radicals that accelerate aging and cause diseases. Insen's Lipoic acid enters cells after being absorbed from the intestinal tract in the body and has both fat-soluble and water-soluble properties.
Alpha lipoic acid (ALA), also known as lipoic acid (LA), α-lipoic acid and thioctic acid, is an organosulfur compound derived from octanoic acid. ALA is normally made in animals and is necessary for aerobic metabolism. It is also produced and available as a dietary supplement in some countries where it is marketed as an antioxidant and is available as a pharmaceutical drug in other countries.
Alpha lipoic acid is a vitamin drug, limited physical activity in its dextral, basically no physical activity in its Lipoic acid and has no side effects. It is always used for acute and chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, hepatic coma, fatty liver, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease and is applied as an antioxidant health product.
Alfa lipoik asit/α-Lipoik Asit CAS:1077-28-7 Function:
1. Alpha lipoic acid is a fatty acid that is naturally found in every cell in the body.
2. Alpha lipoic acid is needed by the body to produce energy for our normal body functions.
3. Alpha lipoic acid converts glucose (blood sugar) into energy.
4. Alpha lipoic acid is also an antioxidant, a substance that neutralizes potentially harmful chemicals called free radicals. What makes alpha lipoic acid unique is that it functions in both water and fat.
5. Alpha lipoic acid appears to be able to recycle antioxidants such as vitamin C and glutathione after they are used. Alpha lipoic acid increases the formation of glutathione.
Alfa lipoik asit/α-Lipoik Asit CAS:1077-28-7 Application:
1.Alpha lipoic acid can improve growth performance and meat performance to increase economic benefits;
2.Alpha lipoic acid will be the coordination of Sugar, Fat and Amino Acid metabolism to improve animal immune function;
3.Alpha lipoic acid is used as antioxidant to protect and promote the absorption and transformation of VA, VE and other oxidation nutrients in feed;
4.Alpha lipoic acid is effective to ensure and improve the production performance of livestock and poultry and egg production in heat stress environment.
5. Applied in pharmaceutical field.
